Weight Loss Tips- Oatmeal

The woman said that she and her family members eat oatmeal every morning as a breakfast.
If you want to make it in the morning, it takes 30 minutes to cook this in order to adjust your health easier. So she does every night before going to bed.
She adds cinnamon because she likes it. So if you want to make it a little bit sweet, you can add some berries as you like. Then you add boiled water in the bowl just cover oatmeal and swish a little.
These kind of process can help you to have healthy meal in the morning.

  1. I'm a big fan of oatmeal, too. It doesn't necessarily take 30 minutes to prepare. I can make it in about 15 minutes. I like to add a banana for some sweetness and cinnamon is good as well. If you put in some other grains, like quinoa and amaranth, the nutritional content increases a lot and the texture becomes more interesting.

  2. I have heard the information that oatmeal is effective to lose weight!
    It is hard to digest, so we mightn't to become hungry immediately.
    I have not eaten it, so I want to try someday!

  3. During my stay in Australia as a student, my host mother made oatmeal for every breakfast, but it was not to my taste. I tried to add some fruits, yogurt, jam and cereal, but I could eat it completely. However, my host family seems to have eaten it for every morning, so they can keep slim figure.
